【研究背景】
钠离子电池因钠资源储量丰富与安全性高等优势，可作为锂离子电池的有效补充。目前，电动汽车和电网级储能系统的迅速发展对钠离子电池的能量与功率密度提出了更高要求。由于具有开放框架结构的高倍率钠电正极材料发展迅速，同时开发与之匹配的快充负极材料十分重要。合金型金属Bi负极具有高体积比容量（3750 mAh cm−3）与低嵌钠电位，但其反应动力学缓慢，并在钠化过程中伴随巨大体积膨胀，导致倍率性能与循环稳定性差。传统改性策略通常基于纳米尺寸/孔隙调控、复合结构设计等，虽性能有所改善但存在体积能量密度低的问题，限制其实际应用。因此，通过合理晶体结构设计开发兼具高倍率与长循环寿命的块体Bi基负极材料对快充钠离子电池的应用意义重大。
【工作简介】
近日，北京大学/中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所黄富强教授 提出一种利用重构有利的线性配位键将金属Bi化学集成于插入型层状NbS2主体框架的结构设计思路，制备得到的微米级Bi0.67NbS2负极表现出一种新型准拓扑插入机制，可在超高倍率100 C下实现稳定钠离子存储，在循环25000次后保持226 mAh g−1的高比容量。此外，其与Na3V2(PO4)3组装的全电池具有2.61 V的高输出电压，可在4623 W kg−1的高功率密度下提供141 Wh kg−1的能量密度，证实其应用前景。相关研究成果以“Quasi-Topological Intercalation Mechanism of Bi0.67NbS2 Enabling 100 C Fast-Charging for Sodium-Ion Batteries ”为题发表在Advanced Energy Materials 上。本文第一作者为中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所博士生吕卓然、许文敬与清华大学深圳国际研究生院博士生徐恒越。通讯作者为北京大学/中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所黄富强教授。

Bi0.67NbS2的晶体结构设计理念基于利用线性配位键将合金型金属Bi与插入型层状NbS2主体框架化学集成，以获得高倍率与高稳定特性。一方面，刚性NbS2主体框架可在钠化过程中限制金属Bi的体积膨胀，且其层状结构可提升钠离子扩散动力学；另一方面，层间Bi原子与Nb−S主体框架中S原子的线性配位模式促进Bi−S键在电化学过程可逆重构，从而约束金属Bi的迁移团聚。DFT计算表明Bi0.67NbS2为金属性，其钠离子扩散能垒相比金属Bi显著降低（0.141 eV vs. Bi：0.504 eV），证实层状Nb−S主体框架对钠离子扩散动力学的促进作用。

Bi0.67NbS2的微观形貌呈现微米级六边形片状结构，避免了由常规纳米化/复合碳基材料等策略引起的副反应增多与体积能量密度降低的问题。系列结构表征证实Bi0.67NbS2的高结晶性。Bi0.67NbS2电阻率随温度变化曲线显示其电阻率随温度升高而增加，表明其金属特性，与理论计算吻合。其高电子电导率（298 K下3.8 × 105 S m−1）保证了电化学过程中电子的快速传输。

电化学原位XRD、Raman等系列原位/非原位实验表明，Bi0.67NbS2表现一种新型准拓扑插入机制，即在钠化过程中层间Bi的合金反应被层状Nb−S主体框架晶格所限域，遵循固溶过程。在脱钠后，Bi原子被可逆重构的Bi−S键重新约束，实现Bi0.67NbS2晶相的完全恢复。主体框架对Bi原子的持续约束作用抑制了Bi原子的迁移团聚，提高了长循环过程的稳定性。

Bi0.67NbS2表现出与结构设计相吻合的优异钠电倍率性能与循环稳定性，其在1 C下比容量为325 mAh g−1，在100 C超高倍率下比容量为231 mAh g−1，并可稳定循环超25000次。电化学原位阻抗谱表明在循环过程中Bi0.67NbS2相比金属Bi具有更低的电荷转移电阻。为验证其实际应用前景，将Bi0.67NbS2与Na3V2(PO4)3组装全电池。性能测试显示Bi0.67NbS2||Na3V2(PO4)3全电池具有2.61 V的高输出电压，可在4623 W kg−1的高功率密度下提供141 Wh kg−1的能量密度。
【结论】
综上所述，以化学集成合金型金属Bi基元与插入型刚性NbS2主体框架为结构设计思路，在微米级Bi0.67NbS2负极中实现了超高倍率钠离子存储性能，在高倍率100 C下可提供231 mAh g−1的比容量，并在组装的全电池中表现出高能量与高功率密度。此外，归因于Bi−S线性配位模式，Bi0.67NbS2遵循一种新型准拓扑插入机制，实现了25000次超长循环寿命。该工作为实用化快充电极材料设计提供了一种新的思路。

19家银行CIO大盘点：已有多位升任行长、董事长
首席信息官是银行科技条线的核心之一，需全面配合银行金融科技发展要求，岗位职责涉及科技条线的战略、科技部门管理、风险管理、人才、业务发展等诸多方面，重要性不言而喻。此前，银保监会发布的《商业银行信息科技风险管理指引》指出，商业银行应设立首席信息官（CIO），直接向行长汇报，并参与决策。那么，在刚刚过去的2022年，各家银行CIO岗位的配备情况，以及CIO的晋升发展情况如何？
一、去年5家银行调整CIO等高管，5家银行公开招募CIO
据不完全统计，2022年，有5家银行科技条线高管调整，多为CIO。此外，有5家银行公开招募CIO。
2月7日，杭州银行 CIO李炯任职资格获批。据悉，李炯出生于1973年，2020年6月任杭州银行副行长。此前，李炯曾任杭州市商业银行科技部软件开发科科长、科技部副总经理，杭州银行科技部副总经理（主持工作）、信息技术部总经理。
5月9日，中行CIO孟茜 任职资格获得批复。据悉，孟茜出生于1965年，在中行信息科技条线任职35年，曾任中行中行信息中心总经理、数据中心总经理、软件中心总经理、信息科技部总经理、企业级架构建设办公室主任等职。
6月初，多家媒体的信息显示，网商银行原CIO唐家才 将履新，或出任平安银行CIO 。
9月中旬，银保监会批复核准唐家才平安银行行长助理兼首席信息执行官的任职资格。与此前报道的CIO不同，唐家才出任首席信息官一职，而平安银行原CIO张斌于2021年离任后，该行CIO一职出现空缺。尽管职务有所出入，但唐家才目前仍是平安银行科技条线的掌舵人。交行副行长钱斌于2022年10月起兼任该行CIO 。钱斌曾任工行网络金融部总经理、主要负责人，数据中心（上海）总经理，私人银行部副总经理，信息科技部副总经理；工行上海分行信息技术部总经理兼技术保障中心主任，信息技术部副总经理，信息技术部总经理助理。
11月3日，宁波银行CIO罗维开 任职资格获批。罗维开出生于1965年，任宁波银行董事、副行长、财务负责人。其曾在工行任职，任工行宁波市分行科长、处长助理。此后，在宁波银行任职多年，曾任宁波银行天源支行副行长，财务会计部总经理，兼任营业部主任及电子银行部总经理，此外，任该行副行长十余年。华东CIO大会、华东CIO联盟、CDLC中国数字化灯塔大会、CXO数字化研学之旅、数字化江湖-讲武堂，数字化江湖-大侠传、数字化江湖-论剑、CXO系列管理论坛（陆家嘴CXO管理论坛、宁波东钱湖CXO管理论坛等）、数字化转型网，走进灯塔工厂系列、ECIO大会等
对于目前尚无CIO的银行来说，迅速设立该岗位、并招贤纳才成为至关重要的选择。2022年，兴业银行、四川天府银行、西安银行、江西银行、蒙商银行先后发布公告，公开招募CIO。
其中，江西银行无明确年龄要求，蒙商银行要求年龄在55周岁（含）以下，四川天府银行、西安银行要求不超过50周岁，兴业银行要求为48周岁（含）以下。
值得注意的是，在今年为科技条线高管招才纳贤的队伍中，城商行可以说是“主力军”，未来几年，中小银行或许会更加紧迫地完成相应高管布局。 这背后不容忽视的是，大中型银行对于金融科技的布局更加全面，人才建设、包括科技高层人才布设也更早完成。
二、19家银行科技条线掌舵人多为CIO
目前，六家国有大行，招行、平安银行、民生银行、华夏银行、北京银行、上海银行、宁波银行、南京银行、江苏银行、杭州银行、郑州银行、哈尔滨银行、九江银行等多家银行都已经设立了科技条线高管职务，主要为CIO。
工行没有设立CIO，其首席技术官为吕仲涛 ，1965年8月出生，曾任工行信息科技部总经理等职务，历任工行信息科技部副总经理、软件开发中心总经理、信息科技部总经理、信息科技业务总监。
农行CIO由副行长徐瀚 兼任。徐瀚1965年出生，曾任交行香港分行IT部副总经理，交通银行电脑部副总经理、太平洋信用卡中心副CEO（中方CEO）、太平洋信用卡中心CEO、个人金融业务部（消费者权益保护部）总经理、个人金融业务部（消费者权益保护部）总经理兼网络渠道部总经理、个人金融业务部（消费者权益保护部）总经理兼互联网中心（线上中心）总裁，交行业务总监（零售与私人业务板块）兼个人金融业务部（消费者权益保护部）总经理。中行CIO及其他上文已提及的银行科技条线高管不再陈述。
建行CIO金磐石 出生于1965年，2021年3月起任建行CIO。此前，其曾先后任建行审计部副总经理、监事会办公室副主任、审计部总经理、信息技术管理部总经理、信息总监等职。
邮储银行CIO牛新庄 出生于1976年，2020年7月起任该行CIO。此前，其曾任邮储银行金融科技创新部总经理，民生银行总行科技开发部总经理助理、副总经理、总经理，信息科技部总经理，民生科技有限公司执行董事、总经理等职。
招行CIO江朝阳 1967年出生，于2019年11月任该行CIO。此前，其曾任建行上海市分行个人金融部总经理、电子银行部总经理及上海分行普陀支行行长，以及支付宝大安全副总裁，负责支付宝的全面风险防控工作。其目前也任招银云创董事长。
民生银行CIO张斌 出生于1967年，2021年11月任该行CIO。其曾先后任职招行北京分行科技部副总经理，中信银行总行信息技术部总经理、副总经理、总经理、技术总监，以及中原银行副行长、CIO，平安银行CIO。
华夏银行CIO吴永飞 于2021年6月担任该职务，其曾就职于农行、华夏银行，担任华夏银行总行信息技术部总经理、中国人民银行信息科技项目评审专家委员会委员等职。
北京银行CIO龚伟华 于2020年8月任该职务。此前，其曾任该行信息技术部副总经理、信息设备运营部副总经理（主持）、系统运营部副总经理（主持）、系统运营部总经理、南京分行党委书记、南京分行行长等职。
上海银行CIO由副行长胡德斌 兼任，于2021年3月任该行CIO。据悉，胡德斌出生于1968年，曾任工行软件开发中心总工程师助理、开发部经理、总经理助理，工行软件开发中心党委委员、副总经理，工行数据中心（上海）党委副书记、副总经理。
南京银行CIO余宣杰 1971年出生，于2020年9月任该职务。其曾任南京银行信息技术部副主任、主任，电子银行部总经理，信息技术部总经理。
江苏银行CIO葛仁余 1965年出生，2017年任该职务。曾任建行南京分行计算机处科员、科技处处长助理、副处长，建行江苏省分行营业部运行中心经理、信息技术管理部总经理，南京银行信息技术部总经理，江苏银行信息科技部总经理。
郑州银行CIO姜涛 于2015年12月起任该职务。姜涛长期在郑州银行任职，1996年8月加入该行，曾任事后监督开发科科长、科技开发部开发科科长、科技开发部副总经理、信息科技部（前称为科技开发部）总经理等职，于2020年3月起兼任该行创新业务总监。
哈尔滨银行CIO梁勇 于2018年10月起任该职务。其长期在科技条线任职，此前曾在农行任职超17年，任农行总行科技部科员、副主任科员，软件开发中心技术开发一部主任科员、副处长、应用开发二部处长、技术总监室总经理、软件开发中心党委委员、副总经理等职，并曾履职北京中关村银行筹备执行小组、CIO。
九江银行CIO肖璟 出生于1977年，于2014年任九江银行CIO，其出身于科技条线，长期从事技术开发工作，曾在工行任职近15年，担任高级技术经理、广州开发一部总经理等职，其于2022年7月升任该行行长。
值得注意的是，2022年12月，葛仁余任江苏银行行长的任职资格获批。目前，葛仁余同时履职该行行长、CIO，与九江银行肖璟颇为相似。 然而，银行行长、副行长是否同时兼职CIO并无“固定答案”。 目前，农行、交行CIO均由副行长兼任；而今年履新长沙银行副行长的李兴双在担任该职务前任该行CIO，长沙银行2022半年报信息，履新副行长后，李兴双不再任该行CIO。 事实上，葛仁余、肖璟由CIO升任行长，并非科技条线人才职业晋升的个例。
三、科技条线高管晋升迅速，大行输出人才多
8月，重庆农商行董事长谢文辉 任职资格获得核准。据悉，谢文辉出生于1972年，于2013年12月起任该行行长，其出身科技条线，曾任工行重庆市分行科技处副科长，重庆农村信用联社科技处总经理助理、副总经理，重庆农商行科技部副总经理(主持工作)、科技部总经理、党委委员、副行长。
10月，百信银行董事长吕天贵 任职资格获得核准。吕天贵出生于1972年，具有28年银行业从业经验，他同时担任中信银行副行长，分管零售、技术、运营板块。
12月，杭州银行董事长宋剑斌 任职资格获批，其为杭州银行原行长。据悉，宋剑斌出生于1971年，已在杭州银行任职20年，曾任杭州银行副行长、首席风险官、CIO，党委副书记，副董事长，行长、财务负责人等职。
很明显，科技条线出身的高管，目前在银行体系的晋升颇为可观，随着金融科技的应用加深，科技条线人才的发展更值得期待。
此外，从年龄来看，上述提及的CIO等高管，基本是60后及70后，年龄多在45到57岁之间。而2022年计划招募CIO的银行，对这一职务的年龄要求均在55岁以下、多为50岁以下，相比于在任的CIO，新招募CIO的年龄要求更加严格。
从CIO的培养渠道来看，银行内部培养、大行输出人才是最主要的两个方式。 其中，工行首席技术官，中行、建行、北京银行、南京银行、郑州银行CIO均为内部培养，长期在该行内部任职。 交行、上海银行、九江银行CIO来自工行，曾长期在工行任职或者曾在工行多个岗位任职；农行CIO来自交行；招行CIO曾在建行任多个职务；哈尔滨银行CIO来自农行，曾在农行任职17年。

February 7, Hangzhou Bank CIO Li Jiong job qualification was approved. Li Jiong, who was born in 1973, became vice president of the Bank of Hangzhou in June 2020. Before that, Li Jiong served as Chief of Software Development Section and deputy general Manager of Science and Technology Department of Hangzhou Commercial Bank, Deputy general manager of Science and Technology Department (in charge of work) and general manager of Information Technology Department of Hangzhou Bank.
May 9, the Bank of China CIO Meng Qian qualification was approved. It is reported that Meng Qian was born in 1965, working in the information technology line of the Bank of China for 35 years, used to be the general manager of the information center of the Bank of China, the general manager of the data center, the general manager of the software center, the general manager of the information technology department, the director of the enterprise architecture construction office.
Early June, a number of media information shows that the network bank CIO Tang Jiatai will assume new duties, or as CIO of Ping An Bank.
In mid-September, China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission approved the qualification of Tang Jiacai Ping An Bank as assistant president and chief information officer. Different from the CIO previously reported, Tang Jiacai assumed the position of CIO, which became vacant after Zhang Bin, the former CIO of Ping An Bank, left office in 2021. Despite the discrepancy, Mr Tang is still at the helm of Ping An Bank’s technology division. Qian Bin, vice president of BoCom, has been the CIO of the bank since October 2022. Qian Bin served as general manager and principal of ICBC’s Network Finance Department, general Manager of Data Center (Shanghai), Deputy General manager of Private Banking Department, and Deputy General Manager of Information Technology Department. General Manager of Information Technology Department and Director of Technical Support Center, Deputy General manager of Information Technology Department, Assistant to general Manager of Information Technology Department of ICBC Shanghai Branch.
Luo Weikai, CIO of Bank of Ningbo, was approved on November 3. Luo Weikai, born in 1965, is the director, vice president and financial officer of the Bank of Ningbo. He used to work in Industrial and Commercial Bank of China as section chief and assistant director of Ningbo Branch. After that, he worked in the Bank of Ningbo for many years. He was the Vice President of the Tianyuan Branch of the Bank of Ningbo, the general manager of the financial and Accounting Department, the head of the Business Department and the general manager of the e-Banking Department, and the vice president of the Bank for more than ten years.
For banks that do not have a CIO at the moment, it is vital that the position is created quickly and that people are recruited. In 2022, Industrial Bank, Sichuan Tianfu Bank, Bank of Xi ‘an, Bank of Jiangxi and Mongolian Commercial Bank successively issued announcements to recruit CIOs.
Among them, the Bank of Jiangxi has no clear age requirement, while the Mongolian Commercial Bank requires the age below 55 (inclusive), the Sichuan Tianfu Bank and the Bank of Xi ‘an require the age below 50, and the Industrial Bank requires the age below 48 (inclusive).
It is worth noting that city commercial banks can be said to be the “main force” in the recruitment team for senior executives of science and technology lines this year. In the next few years, small and medium-sized banks may be more urgent to complete the corresponding senior management layout. What cannot be ignored behind this is that large and medium-sized banks have a more comprehensive layout for fintech, and their talent construction, including the deployment of senior science and technology talents, has been completed earlier.
Two, 19 banks of science and technology line helm of the CIO
At present, six state-owned banks, China Merchants Bank, Ping An Bank, Minsheng Bank, Huaxia Bank, Bank of Beijing, Bank of Shanghai, Bank of Ningbo, Bank of Nanjing, Bank of Jiangsu, Bank of Hangzhou, Bank of Zhengzhou, Bank of Harbin, Bank of Jiujiang and many other banks have set up a science and technology line executive positions, mainly CIO.
Icbc has no CIO, and its chief technology officer is Lv Zhongtao, born in August 1965. He used to be the general manager of Information Technology Department of ICBC, and successively served as deputy general manager of Information Technology Department, general manager of software development center, general manager of information Technology Department and director of information technology business.
Agricultural Bank CIO by Vice President Xu Han concurrent. Born in 1965, Xu Han used to be the deputy general Manager of IT Department of Hong Kong Branch of Bank of Communications. Vice President of Computer Department of Bank of Communications, Vice CEO of Pacific Credit Card Center (Chinese CEO), CEO of Pacific Credit Card Center, General Manager of Personal Finance Department (Consumer Rights Protection Department), General manager of Personal Finance Department (Consumer Rights Protection Department) and General manager of Network Channel Department, General manager of Personal Finance Department (Consumer rights Protection Department) and General manager of Internet Center President of Heart (Online Center), Business Director (Retail and Private Business segment) and General Manager of Personal Finance (Consumer Rights Protection Department). Bank of China CIO and other mentioned bank technology line executives no longer stated.
Jin Shishi, CIO of China Construction Bank, was born in 1965 and has been CIO of China Construction Bank since March 2021. Before that, he served successively as Deputy general Manager of the Audit Department, Deputy director of the Office of the Board of Supervisors, general manager of the Audit Department, general manager of the Information Technology Management Department and Information Director of the Construction Bank.
Niu Xinzhuang, the CIO of Postal Savings Bank, was born in 1976 and has been the CIO of the bank since July 2020. Prior to that, he served as general manager of Financial Technology Innovation Department of Postal Savings Bank, Assistant general manager, deputy general manager and general manager of Science and Technology Development Department of China Minsheng Bank Head Office, general manager of Information Technology Department, executive director and general manager of Minsheng Technology Co., LTD.
Jiang Chaoyang, CIO of China Merchants Bank, was born in 1967 and became CIO of the bank in November 2019. Prior to that, he served as general Manager of Personal Finance Department, General Manager of E-Banking Department and President of Putuo Sub-branch of Shanghai Branch of China Construction Bank, as well as President of Alipay Da ‘an Full Set, responsible for the overall risk prevention and control work of Alipay. He is also currently the chairman of CMB Yunchuang.
Zhang Bin, CIO of Minsheng Bank, was born in 1967 and became CIO of Minsheng Bank in November 2021. He once served as deputy general manager of Science and Technology Department of China Merchants Bank Beijing Branch, general manager, deputy general manager, general manager and technical director of Information Technology Department of China Citic Bank Head Office, Vice president and CIO of Zhongyuan Bank and CIO of Ping An Bank.
